BLITZ!

We will be having an in-class Science Blitz on November 17^th and 18^th! In this station you will begin to prepare for the Science Blitz by creating Flash Cards for the terms/concepts that will be quizzed during the Blitz.

Write the name of the word or concept in one side of the card, and use the book to find the definition/function/answer and write it on the opposite side of the card:

Rules for Blitz, Round One:

- With a timer running, all students will stand up and then the teacher calls on each student with a definition/word and the student responds. If the student gets it right, they get an A and sit down. If the student gets it wrong, they stay standing. The teacher will come back to the student after questioning all students, if the student gets it right this time, they get a C and sit down, if they get it wrong a second time, they get an F, and sit down.

- The grade for the week is averaged from every day that week and put in as a grade for Bio Blitz for that week.
